Direct Hire RN (Operating Room) Role $46-$56 per hour in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room (OR) team in a part-time, day shift role. You will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standard of care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and best practices.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment by adhering to established protocols.
• Accurately document patient care activities and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in pre-op and post-op care coordination with the healthcare team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Prior Operating Room experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work part-time day shifts, with flexibility for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
