Direct Hire OR Clinical Nurse Manager Role $114,000-$132,000 per year in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Clinical Magnet is looking for an OR Clinical Nurse Manager to join our partner's, a leading Healthcare System, team in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the staff and management of the OR environment
• You will be the primary resource for AORN standards and assumes a leadership role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating the clinical practice
• Provide service to all age populations, neonatal through frail elderly, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and developmental age of the individual served
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years clinical experience in area of perioperative nursing
• 2 years experience in a management/leadership nursing role preferred
• Current PA RN License required; CNOR preferred and required within (6) months of employment in the position
• BSN or enrollment in BSN education preferred
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• M-F: 3P-11P
• Compensation is 114-132K dependent on experience
• 20 PTO Days + 7 Holidays
• Tuition Reimbursement available first of the month after start date
• 403b retirement plan + pension plan
