Registered Nurse, Hospice - Montgomery County, PA

Currently seeking a Registered Nurse, Hospice for a Non Profit, Hospital Affiliated and Well Established Hospice agency. Organization is faith based and treats adult and geriatrics patients in multiple counties across the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday core business hours with one weekend rotation per month, one winter and one summer holiday per year.

Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

• Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $38.50 - $45.00 per hour depending on years of experience and qualifications + bonus/overtime pay for additional productivity (if desired)

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

• Conduct in home assessments and revisits for adult and geriatric hospice patients in the Montgomery County PA Area totaling 25 points per week (Admissions count as 3!)
• Provide wound care, medication administration, chronic disease management and more.
• Facilitate referrals to interdisciplinary team as needed.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient or home based hospice experience is required for this role
• All employees must be vaccinated against COVID or have a valid medical/religious exemption submitted
